Jackson, MS (May 18, 2023) The Institute for the Advancement of Minority Health and CLM Healthcare Service Center hosted the I Am ONLY Human tour in Winstonville, MS on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
During the event, 117 individuals received information to reduce HIV and STI stigma. Participants received COVID tests, rapid HIV tests, and basic health screenings (blood pressure and glucose screenings). Tobacco cessation information, HIV self-testing kits, and educational resources on Prep was also available.
The I Am ONLY HUMAN Tour, is a health and wellness event designed to raise awareness and end HIV and STI stigma by promoting love over hate. The tour travels throughout the State of Mississippi this summer. Upcoming locations and dates are:

- June 24, Clarksdale, MS
