Clarksdale, MS – On Friday, May 2, 2025, Coahoma Opportunities, Inc. proudly celebrated School Lunch Hero Day, also known as Cafeteria Appreciation Day, by recognizing the hardworking nutrition professionals who keep students nourished every day. This national observance is a special time to thank those who go above and beyond behind the serving lines to ensure children receive healthy meals in a warm and welcoming environment.

The team at Coahoma Opportunities, Inc. includes a group of dedicated individuals who not only serve food but also serve their communities with care, compassion, and commitment. Their work plays a critical role in the health, development, and academic success of countless students throughout the school year.
