Helena, AR – As Neil Diamond sang, “pack up the babies and grab the old ladies and everyone go” to the Warfield Concert Series 2024-2025 outdoor concert and community picnic! This is the finale of the season, and everyone’s favorite. On Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 6 PM on the grounds of the Hendrix Fine Arts Center-PCCUA, bring your blankets, chairs, and food to share and enjoy the R&B, jazz and pop sounds of the D-Braz Project.
The D-Braz Project is a premiere New Orleans Band that delivers live quality entertainment and adds a touch of class to any event or function. They have mastered performing a unique mixture of various styles of music including Rhythm & Blues, Smooth Jazz, Oldies, Funk, Pop and Top 40 Music, along with the fun, party hits of today, The D-Braz Project has been a consistent crowd pleaser at various events in the Greater New Orleans area. They are a soulful collective with a unique sound that blends smooth grooves and captivating vocals.
The D-Braz Project consists of a dynamic group of talented musicians who bonded over their shared love of music and multiple artistic principles, including composition, musicianship, and performance. Darren Brazley, founder and leader of the band (bass guitarist) recruited Louis Bloom on keyboards, Ruben Watts on congas and percussions, Eugene Harding on drums, Alex Pena on electric guitar, Dayle Brazley on vocals, and Ashley Moody on vocals as well. Each member of the band is professional, experienced and has a passion for music. The band has performed together for over 20 years on Main Stages with various artists, at weddings, private parties, local venues, festivals, charitable benefits, and much more. The D-Braz Project is blessed and humbled to be able to play the kind of music that we feel has no boundaries and remains timeless.
The show will go on Rain or Shine – the show will be moved indoors in the case of inclement weather.
