Clarksdale, MS — The Delta’s flavor scene just got hotter! On Thursday, October 30, 2025, Clarksdale natives Patrice Myles and Anthony Lewis proudly celebrated the grand opening of their new restaurant, Da Hot Box, located at 900 Desoto Avenue.
The celebration drew a lively crowd of family, friends, and food lovers eager to experience the newest addition to Clarksdale’s dining scene. Guests enjoyed wing specials, lunch plates, desserts, and kids’ meals, while face painting by Jroc Jarvis and bouncers added a fun, family-friendly vibe to the event. A drawing for three free meals also gave visitors a chance to win a taste of Da Hot Box for future visits.
“Da Hot Box isn’t just a name — it’s an experience,” said owners Myles and Lewis. “It represents flavor, passion, and heat in every bite. Both Myles and Lewis, born and raised in Clarksdale, said opening Da Hot Box was their way of giving back to the community that raised them and sharing the authentic taste of home.
