Clarksdale, MS – The Project Chance Summer Camp is making waves in the Clarksdale community by equipping children with essential tools for financial literacy and personal development at an early age. With the guiding motto “Each One, Reach One, Teach One,” the camp is centered on empowering the next generation with knowledge that fosters long-term success.
This summer, under the leadership of Mr. Charles Nolan and Ms. Tiffany Reed Hill, students are learning the value of saving, investing, budgeting, and understanding money management — skills often overlooked in traditional education settings. Their commitment to this mission is already making a noticeable impact on the lives of the children and their families.
Founder Ebony Johnson, who had the vision for Project Chance, expressed deep gratitude for the support from community leaders and mentors. “I thank and praise Father God for people who care,” she said. “I’m also thankful to myself for stepping out on faith and launching this vision.”
Project Chance continues to be a beacon of encouragement, reminding the community that with knowledge, faith, and support, true change is possible.
