Jackson, MS (April 23, 2024) – Cary, MS residents are encouraged to Treasure their Health by attending a wellness fair on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Cary Christian Center. The Cary Christian Center is located at 154 Cottonwood St., Cary, MS.
Attendees can receive COVID-19 PPE, MPOX education, health screenings, and nutritious snacks. Services available at the event include prenatal classes, family planning, and health insurance sign-ups. As an extra motivation for participants to prioritize their health, incentives will be offered to those who undergo HIV testing and receive COVID-19 vaccines. Gift cards will be available while supplies last.
The Treasure Your Health Wellness Fair is made possible through the collaborative efforts of esteemed organizations including the Institute for the Advancement of Minority Health, Cary Christian Center, Shared Health, and Delta Health Alliance.
